On 24 November 2025, some customers experienced slow performance and intermittent errors in Moment for about one hour.
What happened An unusually heavy set of application requests created high load on our systems, which led to slow responses and timeouts for some users while we worked to address the issue.
Resolution and prevention We restored normal performance by restarting core services. We have optimized how these types of requests are handled and improving our monitoring to detect and mitigate similar issues more quickly.
